I managed to make my goal of dropping 10 lbs this month, and I've lost who knows how many inches (learn from my mistakes-measure yourself before starting the shred). I can't believe how toned my legs got during level 3-the cardio is almost all jumping/plyo stuff. Hopefully I'll be able to awe the kids at basketball practice this winter with my jumping ability... haha. I also hit the big 5-0 for pounds lost. Only 15 to go, then we'll see how much harder I push from there. So now for the pictures...

Now to get rid of the next 15 pounds... I have a feeling it won't be easy but I'm so ready to hit my goal. Shaun T's Rockin' Bod is sitting next to my DVD player for Thursday! I think I deserve a day off tomorrow!

ReplyDeleteThanks! The first couple of days of each level are TOUGH but it gets better soon after! Plus it's a pretty cheap workout, and you don't have to have a lot of extra stuff-just hand weights!
